
Dr. Chris Blevins
Owner, Veterinarian
Dr. Chris Blevins is originally from South Pittsburg, Tennessee. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University in 2009.
Prior to opening Dunlap Animal Clinic, Dr. Blevins practiced small animal medicine in middle Tennessee and North Alabama. He is married to Whitney and they have three young boys, Lane, Connor, and Baron. They also have a black Labrador retriever named Casey and a cat named PJ. Dr. Blevins and his family attend First Baptist Church in Winchester.
Dr. Blevins enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, cycling, and watching college football. His special interest are surgery, especially orthopedic procedures. Dr. Blevins has attended several continuing education conferences and has lots of experience with knee surgery and fracture repair. He feels very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful profession.

Dr. Roger Cunningham
Veterinarian
Dr. Cunningham was born and grew up in Tracy City, Tennessee. His parents and grandparents were coal miners, loggers, and home builders. Dr. Cunningham graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology. He then graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. After graduating, Dr. Cunningham practiced small animal medicine in south Florida for 17 years and moved back home.
Dr. Cunningham is semi-retired working part-time. He currently lives in Cannon County with his 3 dogs. Dr. Cunningham is a military veteran and proud father of three boys.

Larissa Bryd
Office Manager/Receptionist
Larissa began her career in veterinary medicine in 2008 and joined Dunlap Animal Clinic in 2020, shortly after the clinic opened. Working with animals has always been something she genuinely enjoys, and she feels grateful to have a career where she can care for them, help them feel their best, and be there for the families who love them.
Outside of work, Larissa is a proud mom of two boys and a house hippo. She enjoys spending time outdoors, being on the water, and simply making the most of life’s everyday moments.
She is thankful to do work she truly cares about while being surrounded by a team that shares her same love and passion for animals.

Kaitlyn French
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Kaitlyn grew up in Whitwell and graduated from Chattanooga State with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology. She is in the process of becoming a licensed technician. Her compassion and love for animals are what drive her to provide the best care for your fur babies just as she would her own. She has one son, Silas, who also shares her love for animals. They have three dogs Rigby, Bruce, and Perry) and one cat (Dewey), and in their spare time they enjoy spending time outside, fishing, watching movies, and crafting together.
